This Craigellachie 24-year-old was chosen by Stephanie MacLeod, the Malt Master, who saw something so promising and superb in this cask that it had to be bottled as an individual for us to all enjoy. Distilled on October 25, 1995, there are only 474 bottles available, at 52.2% ABV and matured in a Sherry butt. The whisky conjures freshly baked pineapple tarte Tatin with delicious aromas of pineapple, buttery vanilla, and soft brown sugar.
