Nose – Deliciously smooth and creamy like a lemon cheesecake with notes ofvanilla, citrus and digestive biscuits. Palate – Fruity with ripe peaches and crisp red apples. The bourbon influence promotes notes of vanilla whilst there are hints of honey and orange rind with a developing undertone of liquorice and aniseed. Finish – Delicate with grassy freshness and subtle hints of honey and glazed dates.
