This second edition follows the original 2024 release, carrying forward portions of the previous blend and building it with newly selected whiskies for depth, complexity, and evolving character. 

 The Infinite Edition II is more than a bourbon it’s a statement. Crafted by 8th-generation master distiller Freddie Noe, this release weaves together the craft and heritage of three generations each spirit contributing its own story. By blending old and new, the Infinite series becomes a living archive of the family’s whiskey-making journey: past, present and future poured into one bottle. 

Blend Breakdown What’s Inside

•  Legacy Base: A share of the original Infinite blend from Edition I  the foundation of this evolving whiskey.  
• New Components Added in Edition II:
  
• A bourbon distilled by 6th-generation master distiller Booker Noe  aged 22 years, contributing oak, char, and smoke.  
• A bourbon from 7th-generation master distiller Fred Noe aged 10 years, adding notes of vanilla, caramel, and dark stone fruit.  
• A bourbon from Freddie Noe himself  aged 7 years with extended fermentation, bringing brightness with fresh apple and pear notes.  

Together these elements create a layered, high-proof bourbon that’s part history, part experimentation, and entirely crafted to evolve with each release. 

Tasting Notes

•  Appearance  Burnt-copper hue with rich amber glow.  
• Nose  Bright orchard fruit (apple, pear) meets deep caramel, toasted oak, charred sugar, and a hint of fresh vanilla.  
• Palate  Robust and full-bodied: rich caramel and toffee, soft vanilla cream, dark stone fruit, baking spices, waves of char and oak, with a layered complexity that unfolds sip after sip.  
• Finish — Long, warm, and smoky-sweet: oak tannins, dark chocolate, dried fruit, lingering spice, and a soft grain-driven warmth that fades slowly.  

 Serving Suggestions

•  Neat  Let it open up for several minutes in the glass to allow the full spectrum of aromas and flavors to reveal themselves.
• With a Large Ice Cube or a Few Drops of Water  Slight dilution can soften the char and emphasize fruit and sugar notes, revealing new layers.
