Shipping policy
Liquor Lineup Shipping Policy
Here’s how we roll:
1. Legal Notice
When you place an order, you’re hiring us to get your bottles from our hands to your doorstep through a common carrier. The title passes to you once it leaves our location, and the carrier acts as your agent. If you want insurance on your shipment, arrange it we don’t cover that part.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is in, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. Within 48 hours, you’ll hear one of three things:
1. We’ve accepted your order and it’s shipping out.
2. It’s on backorder or delayed.
3. We can’t fill it in which case your card won’t be charged.
If the bottles are in stock, we aim to ship in 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number from UPS or FedEx once it’s on the move. Questions or changes? Email us at liquorlineup@gmail.com.
3. Age Verification
We serve adults 21 and over, no exceptions.
By placing an order, you’re confirming you and the person receiving the shipment are 21+. At delivery, you’ll need to show a valid government-issued ID and sign for the package. No ID, no booze.
If UPS tries three times and can’t get that signature, the package comes back to us. We can reship it for a $20 fee.
4. Where We Ship
We don’t ship everywhere. Some states have laws that make it impossible. If your state’s on the no-fly list, the website won’t let you place the order.
5. Delivery Charges
All orders go by ground through UPS. Costs depend on size, weight, and distance. We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes. Weather can slow things down if Mother Nature’s in a bad mood, we’ll let you know. Three missed delivery attempts? Same deal package returns, $20 to reship.
6. Damaged Products
We’re not responsible for damage that happens once your bottles are in the carrier’s hands. If they arrive looking like they went 12 rounds with a freight truck, email liquorlineup@gmail.com with photos so we can help you file a claim.
Weather matters hot summers and freezing winters can ruin a good pour. If you’d like us to hold your order until the weather’s right, we’ll do it at no extra cost.
7. Taxes
Some states make us collect sales tax on alcohol. Rates vary and will be added at checkout.
8. Delivery Requirements
We can ship to a home or business, but someone 21 or older must be there to sign for it during regular delivery hours.
Some states also limit how much you can receive or what types of alcohol can be shipped in. It’s your responsibility to know your local laws. If you’re unsure, check with your state’s alcohol control agency before ordering.
Void where prohibited by law.
We do not ship directly to customers in Nevada.
If you live in the Las Vegas area, we’ll bring the good stuff to your door with local delivery.
