For its 2025 “Creation Is an Eternal Journey” campaign, Dom Pérignon enlisted Takashi Murakami to reimagine the iconic champagne bottle as a vibrant work of art. The result is a limited-edition release where the silken bubbles of a 2015 vintage meet Murakami’s bold “Superflat” floral universe  a perfect blend of refinement and expressive creativity. 

Tasting Notes

•  Nose
• Soft citrus blossom and white flowers evolve into toasted brioche, green apple, fresh bread dough, and delicate lemon zest. Subtle layers of chalky minerality and brioche crust emerge as the wine opens.  
• Palate
  A graceful tension between bright acidity and refined structure. Expect notes of green pear, ripe peach, apricot kernel, fresh almond, almond praline, and a gentle saline-mineral edge all wrapped in the creamy mousse typical of Dom Pérignon.  
• Finish
  Long, tensile, and elegant lingering mineral driven freshness, soft bread-crumb texture, faint toasted almond echo and a whisper of juicy citrus. Subtle saline undercurrent keeps the finish poised and refined.

•  Temperature  Serve chilled at 46–50 °F (8–10 °C) to capture both freshness and complexity.  
• Glassware Use a tulip-shaped flute or a wide-bowled white wine glass so the aromas  floral, mineral, pastry can open up.
