Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Booker’s “Barry’s Batch” Bourbon
• 1 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth
• ¾ oz Campari
• Orange peel and smoke dome for garnish

Instructions

 Stir all ingredients over ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Express the orange peel and garnish. Trap under a smoke dome for 30 seconds before serving. Sip slow, savor the heat.
