•  Nose: Dried cherries, vanilla-soaked oak, dark chocolate, and a trace of spiced tobacco.
• Palate: Silky blackberry compote, baking spice, leather, and a touch of red wine tannin.
• Finish: Long, sultry, and wine-kissed — a slow burn worth savoring.

 We recommend enjoying this pour neat, the way nature (and High West) intended  but if you’re feeling audacious, try it in a cocktail.
