    A compelling symphony of mocha, black cherry, and dark chocolate, unveiling beneath it the sweeter chords of crème brûlée, raisin, brown sugar, and a spice‑kissed ginger. This is sherry rich, stirring, and unapologetically bold.

    Velvety espresso and crème caramel coalesce like molten silk, flowing into decadent black grape and indulgent mint chocolate ganache. It’s a plush sensorial experience thick, rewarding, and unforgettable.

    • 1 bar-spoon Pedro Ximénez reduction
