Tasting Notes

• Nose
  Sticky dates and cherry compote rise first, followed by cinnamon, cocoa nibs, orange peel and a touch of toasted almond.  
• Palate
  Rich oak and sultanas meet stem ginger, star anise, mandarin zest, dark chocolate coated espresso beans and layered spice.  
• Finish
  Treacle toffee, mocha and sweet cinnamon linger—bold, balanced, and unforgettable.

• 2 dashes orange bitters
