This tequila has been copper pot distilled exactly to 40% ABV with no proofing down, and believed to be THE ONLY tequila to do that, from ripe agaves from a single farm in Arandas, Jalisco.  With notes of olive brine, honeyed roasted agave, fresh mown hay, and a strong earthy peppery finish, this bold blanco is not to be missed
