• Delicate aromas of cooked agave, bright citrus zest, freshly cut green apple, and subtle herbal sage tones. Accents of black pepper, wet stone, and floral hints complete the picture.

  The profile is crisp and agile sweet agave leads, joined by citrus (lime, tangerine), green apple, and gentle black pepper spice. Underneath is a touch of minerality and herb, giving satisfying structure.
