Refund & Return Policy
At Liquor Lineup, we deal in bottles worth talking about rare, allocated, and crafted with care. That means every order gets our full attention. But here’s the straight pour: due to the nature of alcohol sales, all purchases are final unless we made a mistake or your bottle took a beating in transit.
When We’ll Take It Back
We’ll gladly fix things if:
- You got the wrong bottle
- Your bottle arrived damaged
If either happens, drop us a line at liquorlineup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos of the problem, and we’ll make it right.
Return Shipping
Approved returns ride back to us on our pre-paid label. A $24.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
The Fine Print
- Bottles must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Returns sent without our thumbs-up won’t be accepted
Refunds
Once your return makes it back and passes inspection, we’ll send your refund (minus shipping) to your original payment method. Give it 5–7 business days to process.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Liquor Lineup, 6462 Losee road , unit 100, North Las Vegas NV 89086, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any other Refunds that don't involve wrong bottles or damaged bottles will be on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
