Designed for fireside savoring, this whiskey combines bold rye structure with decadent culmination. 

 Tasting Notes

•  Nose Brandied cherries, fig jam and dried orange peel layered with baking spice and subtle toasted oak.  
• Palate
  Plush and warming: stewed berries, dark chocolate, cinnamon bark, licorice rail, and underlying rye pepper and vanilla.  
• Finish
  Long and resonant with plum and black cherry lingering, oak tannin weaving through peppercorn spice and a final nod to citrus zest.

•  Neat  Allow the whiskey to breathe; its layers and finish benefit from slow sipping.
• With a Large Ice Cube — Slight chilling can reveal more dried fruit and soften the spice edge.
