 Tasting Notes

  •  Nose
  • Warm maple syrup, caramelized ginger, light vanilla, fresh orchard fruit (pear, baked apple), and subtle toasted oak a soft, inviting bouquet that balances sweetness with cask character.  
  • Palate
    Silky, smooth and layered  notes of Chantilly-cream sweetness, light fruit salad (peach and apricot), soft toffee, gentle baking spice, and vanilla cream. The American-oak maturation brings a polished oak sweetness and a gentle warmth to the mouthfeel.  
  • Finish
    Medium-long, with lingering vanilla, soft oak tannin, a touch of warm spice, and residual fruit sweetness  elegant and approachable, but with enough depth to linger.

  • With a Single Large Ice Cube Gently chill and open the fruit and vanilla notes while softening oak edges.
