Using a painstakingly restored three chamber still a 19th century design once used by pre Prohibition rye distillers Leopold Bros. has revived a style of rye whiskey that had all but vanished.

Tasting Notes

• Nose
  Rich baking spice, toasted rye bread, candied orange peel, mint, dark honey, floral esters, sandalwood, tobacco leaf, and deep oak resin. The aroma is intoxicating, layered, and unmistakably three chamber.
• Palate
  Incredibly viscous and luxurious. Waves of spiced honey, molasses, vanilla pod, clove, anise, cocoa, roasted pecans, dried apricot, and barrel-char depth.
