With Maestra Selection No. 2, Mijenta’s Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero embarks on a bold expedition through the heart of Mexico’s tequila terroirs. Distilling separately from single estate Blue Weber agaves in Jalisco, Michoacán, Guanajuato, Nayarit, and Tamaulipas, she then blends these regionally expressive components to create a tequila that is both a map and a mirror of the land. This blanco honors each locale’s voice, bottled additive-free, and designed to elevate agave’s natural complexity.
