Batch No. 09 is the next evolution in the Rare Character series this time drawing from a curated selection of barrels across Kentucky and Indiana, each chosen for bold aromatics and layered complexity. The mission: assemble a whiskey greater than the sum of its parts rich, textured, and built for the enthusiast who demands nuance and power in the same glass. 

 Tasting Notes

  •  Nose
  • Expectations open with warm maple syrup and brown sugar, followed by charred oak, dried cranberries, subtle leather, cracked black pepper and a hint of cinnamon bark.  
  • Palate
    A weighty, velvety mouth-feel delivers rich caramel, toasted pecan, cocoa nibs, vanilla wafer, dark fruit acidity (black cherry), balanced by oak tannin and spice heat.  
  • Finish
    Long and warming: lingering charred oak, black tea undertones, caramel-syrup sweetness fading into peppery depth and rye-bread crust dryness.
