Resilient 17-Year-Old Finished in Oloroso Sherry Butt - Resilient 17-Year-Old Finished in Oloroso Sherry Butt  is on the nose, caramel-plum pudding, dried fig, chocolate covered toffee bar, chestnut, and oak spice. On the palate, raisins and plum in caramel sauce, chocolate covered almonds, cinnamon, and clove. The finish is long and chewy with caramel soaked plum and clove lingering longest. Brooding and amazingly balanced.
